Together with the ImmunoSensation2 Cluster Coordination office we participated on September 20th 2019 at the I, Scientist conference in Berlin.
The "I, Scientist" conference, which was designed by and for (PhD) students and researchers, intended to increase the visibility of female and queer role models in science, to introduce a variety of career options and to offer opportunities for networking and the establishment of useful contacts. Besides inspiring and encouraging talks, which also covered the important topic of “Mental health in academia”, the conference program included a special career speed dating event offering us an excellent opportunity to promote the Bo&MeRanG program and the strengths of the research locations of Bonn and Melbourne.
